Senior Software Engineer – Integrations & MCP

About the role

Attimo is an early‑stage AI‑native startup building a platform that unifies enterprise software, customer data and AI agents. The Senior Software Engineer will own the integrations architecture and Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure, delivering secure, scalable connections to major enterprise platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain production‑grade integrations with Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack and other platforms.
• Build and operate MCP servers and clients that enable AI agents such as ChatGPT and Claude to access authorized tools and resources.
• Develop backend services using NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript and Python, and full‑stack features with Next.js and React.
• Implement OAuth 2.0/2.1, OpenID Connect, secure credential storage, token refresh and multi‑tenant access controls.
• Engineer reliability features: webhooks, pagination, retries, rate‑limit handling and background processing.
• Establish reusable integration frameworks, automated testing, observability, CI/CD pipelines and technical documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production third‑party API integrations.
• Hands‑on experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow or Microsoft Graph.
• Proven ability to design, build and deploy MCP servers used by real applications or AI agents.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, technical ownership and professional English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving early‑stage startup.
