Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Capex Funds is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead and mentor its engineering team while delivering high‑quality, scalable software solutions. This full‑time remote position focuses on building end‑to‑end SaaS platforms that support capital‑raising and fintech services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee software development initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Design and implement scalable distributed systems and robust architecture.
• Drive technology adoption and best practices across the engineering team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical goals with business objectives.
• Mentor and manage engineers, fostering a productive and collaborative remote environment.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in software development and design, with a focus on scalable solutions.
• Strong experience in team leadership and mentoring.
• Experience building end‑to‑end SaaS products.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and high‑performance architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Familiarity with capital markets or fintech startups is a plus.
