Senior Solution Architect

About the role

The Senior Solution Architect will lead the design and development of end‑to‑end technical solutions that align with business objectives and technology governance. This role bridges functional, operational, and technical domains to deliver high‑performance, compliant digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage compliance risk associated with daily activities, processes, and systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain the software architecture for the EasyPaisa mobile application and other in‑house solutions.
• Maintain and evolve IT/technology architecture models for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business partners to define integration solutions and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Develop high‑volume, low‑latency server‑side applications for mission‑critical, distributed systems.
• Participate in system analysis, development, integration, and testing reviews to ensure solution alignment.
• Support continuous improvement through post‑implementation analysis and production issue investigation.
• Assist the technology team with mid‑ to long‑term architecture planning and upgrades.
• Research market ICT solutions to meet technical and business needs.
• Advise on enterprise architecture strategies, processes, and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution architecture for large‑scale, distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of compliance risk management and technology governance.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working with mobile application architecture and server‑side development.
• Excellent collaboration skills with local and international partners.
