Senior Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to guide enterprise customers through the full solution lifecycle of an AI‑native cybersecurity platform. This customer‑facing position blends solution design, technical consulting, implementation, and long‑term adoption, working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to capture customer requirements and deliver technical presentations and demos.
• Design end‑to‑end solution architectures and lead proof‑of‑concept initiatives.
• Manage enterprise‑scale implementations, integrations, and onboarding processes.
• Configure APIs, cloud integrations, identity providers, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve technical challenges.
• Provide customer training, documentation, and best‑practice guidance.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders as the primary technical advisor.
• Oversee multiple concurrent engagements to ensure successful delivery and platform adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 10‑12+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or SaaS implementations.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise software projects from discovery to production.
• Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder‑management skills.
