About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for a global technology leader. This fully remote position will oversee a distributed recruitment team, optimize talent acquisition systems, and drive hiring efficiency across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows to streamline candidate sourcing and onboarding.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Analyze hiring metrics and performance data to identify process improvements and reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to ensure cost‑effective hiring solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in a global or multi‑business environment.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills for recruitment optimization.
• Excellent project management ability to prioritize tasks across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in international talent acquisition.
• Outstanding communication skills for coordination between internal teams and external partners.
