Senior Tech Recruiter

About the role

V2F Solutions is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to design and lead recruitment strategies that align with client and business needs. You will act as a trusted partner to clients, guiding them through the full hiring lifecycle for technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve technical recruitment strategies.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure seamless integration with client and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client stakeholders.
• Provide regular insights, reports and recommendations to optimise recruitment performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of international technical recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles such as software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure.
• Proven client service and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Skilled in using various sourcing platforms and innovative sourcing techniques.
