Senior Telesales Agent – Remote (Work From Home)

About the role

Octo Logistics is looking for an experienced Senior Telesales Agent to generate new business for its UK delivery and logistics network. This remote position is based in Pakistan but requires working hours aligned with UK business time. The role focuses on outbound B2B sales to UK companies.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify suitable UK businesses for logistics services.
• Make outbound sales calls, qualify prospects and understand their delivery requirements.
• Present Octo Logistics services clearly and professionally to decision‑makers.
• Follow up consistently until a clear outcome is achieved and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage an active portfolio of clients and meet sales targets.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B telesales, business development or outbound sales.
• Demonstrated success selling to or dealing with the UK market.
• Excellent spoken and written English with persuasive telephone communication.
• Strong prospecting, lead qualification, objection‑handling and closing abilities.
• Disciplined follow‑up, organization and accurate record‑keeping.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
