About the role
Usmanco International is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to lead its sales efforts in Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee a sales team, build strong customer relationships, and drive growth of medical‑device solutions across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a territory sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that expand market share for medical‑device products.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with key healthcare providers and decision‑makers.
- Provide product training and support to both the sales team and customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales and sales management, preferably within the medical‑devices or healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Demonstrated results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
