Senior UI/UX Designer – Enterprise Application Redesign

About the role

We are looking for a senior UI/UX Designer to lead the redesign and modernization of our enterprise web application. The backend and core frontend functionality already exist; your focus will be on elevating visual consistency, usability and overall user experience across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Review the current UI/UX, identify usability gaps, inconsistencies and workflow inefficiencies.
• Analyze user journeys, dashboard layouts, forms, navigation flows, tables, filters and enterprise workflows.
• Propose modern, intuitive and scalable UX improvements and create wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Design clean, user‑friendly enterprise interfaces, dashboards, forms, tables, charts, modals and admin screens.
• Improve dashboard usability, information hierarchy, responsiveness and accessibility.
• Simplify complex workflows and enterprise interactions while maintaining consistency across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems, defining spacing, typography, color, interaction standards and reusable components.
• Provide detailed Figma specifications and collaborate with frontend developers, backend teams and stakeholders during implementation reviews.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise SaaS, dashboard, CRM, ERP, HRM, LMS or admin portal projects.
• Proven ability to work closely with frontend engineers and translate designs into implementation‑ready assets.
• Excellent communication and product‑thinking skills.
