Senior Unity Developer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Unity Developer to join Inspire Nation’s fully remote team. You will lead the creation of high‑quality Unity‑based games and interactive applications from concept through launch, collaborating closely with designers, artists and other engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement gameplay mechanics, systems and UI using Unity and C#.
• Integrate 2D/3D assets, animations, audio and visual effects.
• Optimize performance, memory usage and stability for Android and iOS devices.
• Integrate third‑party SDKs, analytics, ads and in‑app purchase services.
• Debug, test and resolve technical issues throughout development.
• Maintain clean, reusable and well‑documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Use Git for version control and collaborate with the remote team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional Unity development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and object‑oriented programming.
• Proven track record delivering Unity applications on Android and iOS.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Unity Engine (UGUI, Scene Management, Prefabs, Animation, Physics, Scriptable Objects, Addressables).
• C# programming.
• Mobile performance optimization and debugging for Android/iOS.
• Git version control.
• Integration of third‑party SDKs and services.
• Experience with Firebase, PlayFab or similar backend services (preferred).
• Knowledge of shaders, URP/HDRP rendering pipelines and asset optimization (preferred).
