Senior Upseller - E-commerce Account Management

About the role

A growing e-commerce sales team based in Karachi is looking for an experienced, confident and results-driven Senior Upseller. The company provides professional account management services for Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart and other e-commerce marketplaces to businesses across the United States. The position is full-time, on a night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PKT), targeting US clients nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
• Communicate with US-based clients by call, email and other channels, and build strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and recommend additional services, upgrades and packages
• Present service proposals, negotiate pricing and close upselling deals
• Generate extra revenue through account upgrades, renewals and service expansions
• Handle objections professionally and follow up consistently
• Coordinate with account management and operations teams to find growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records, client interactions and sales pipeline updates
• Consistently meet monthly upselling targets and revenue KPIs

Required profile

• Excellent English communication, negotiation, client management and upselling skills
• Proven experience generating additional revenue from existing clients
• Previous e-commerce experience is not mandatory; candidates with upselling experience in web design, development, digital marketing, IT services or other service-based fields are encouraged to apply
