Senior Upwork Bidder

About the role

We are a growing recruitment and staffing firm seeking a Senior Upwork Bidder to drive business growth by identifying and winning new projects on the Upwork platform. The role offers flexibility in working hours and the opportunity to work closely with internal teams to deliver high‑quality proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant Upwork projects and submit high‑quality proposals.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements and build relationships.
• Generate leads, convert prospects into long‑term clients, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings and project capabilities.
• Develop and refine bidding strategies to increase project acquisition success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of freelance marketplaces and proposal writing.
• Ability to identify quality opportunities and meet targets.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
