About the role

Voov Media is seeking a Senior Video Editor to work remotely and create highly engaging short‑form videos for major social platforms. The role focuses on maximizing audience retention, watch time, and viral performance through data‑driven editing.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 25–30 high‑quality three‑minute edits per week.
• Edit social‑media video content with a strong emphasis on pacing, storytelling, and retention.
• Maintain organized file structures and manage assets efficiently.
• Meet tight deadlines while incorporating feedback quickly.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and performance teams to align edits with audience insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proven track record editing social‑media video content.
• Strong understanding of audience retention and performance‑driven editing.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency.
