Senior Virtual Assistant – Amazon FBA

About the role

The Senior Virtual Assistant – Amazon FBA provides end‑to‑end operational support for Amazon FBA activities, handling product listings, inventory monitoring and order management. The role is full‑time and based on‑site in Lahore, working closely with internal teams and brand partners.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise product listings, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage replenishment and handle order processing.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports and assist with pricing updates.
• Resolve issues related to shipments, returns and account health.
• Support basic market research, competitor analysis and process documentation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Amazon FBA operations and e‑commerce platforms.
• Experience with data analysis, spreadsheets or dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
