Truck Dispatcher - US Freight Operations

About the role

A Lahore-based company is hiring an experienced Truck Dispatcher to support its US freight operations. The role is on-site at the office in Architects Society, Johar Town, Lahore (near UCP); remote work is not available.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard owner-operator truckers under the company's MC authority, including carrier setup, documents and agreements
• Search and book loads on load boards and through brokers
• Negotiate rates and confirm rate confirmations
• Manage loads end to end, from pickup to delivery, checking calls, tracking and updates to brokers and drivers
• Handle delays, detention and breakdowns
• Collect BOL and POD and support invoicing and payment follow-up

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US truck dispatching
• Good knowledge of load boards, rate negotiation and broker communication
• Strong spoken and written English
• Willingness to work night shifts (US business hours according to Pakistan time)
• Organized, dependable and able to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore
