Senior Web Developer

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑orientated Senior Web Developer to join our team. In this role you will work closely with clients to define website specifications, create project schedules and quotes, and deliver high‑quality code while collaborating with designers and content writers.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client specifications and identify user requirements for websites.
• Develop project timelines and work schedules to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams throughout the development process.
• Maintain accurate records, write progress reports, and keep software documentation up‑to‑date.
• Debug websites and ensure ongoing maintenance and performance.
• Supervise junior developers, assess skill gaps and organise training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
