SEO & AI Automation Lead (Organic Growth)

About the role

NaskSoft builds fashion and skincare ecommerce brands, including WholesaleShopping, Love My Fashions and Remedyze, and wants organic search to bring the right customers to its stores. The company already has a library of SEO skills, prompts and scripts, and automation workflows that are still being developed. It is looking for an experienced lead to assess what works, improve the systems, raise the team's standard and own the strategy, quality and results. The first priority is WholesaleShopping, the wholesale fashion business serving boutique owners in the UK and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial SEO roadmap, prioritizing technical, content and internal-linking work by business value and connecting it to qualified traffic, enquiries, conversions and revenue.
• Diagnose and fix technical SEO problems such as crawlability, indexation, site architecture, canonicals, redirects, duplicate content, rendering, structured data and page experience on Shopify.
• Build and improve SEO automation using skills, APIs, no-code tools or scripts, with clear checks, failure handling and documentation.
• Set quality standards for accuracy, search intent, brand fit and technical correctness, and run focused organic and AI-search experiments with clear hypotheses and evaluation methods.
• Lead and develop the SEO team: set daily priorities, delegate, review work and coach junior colleagues.

Required profile

• A proven ecommerce SEO track record, with examples of opportunities diagnosed, strategies implemented and commercial results; Shopify experience is a strong plus.
• Strong technical SEO and independent judgment, able to interpret crawl and Search Console data beyond a tool's score.
• Practical automation ownership: a workflow you personally built or significantly improved.
• Proven team leadership: setting priorities, reviewing SEO work and developing junior people.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 120,000 - 250,000 per month, depending on experience.
