SEO Assistant Manager

About the role

Software Finder is expanding its semantic‑first SEO team and is looking for an SEO Assistant Manager to drive sustainable organic growth across global markets. You will work closely with content, product, and development teams to align SEO strategies with real user journeys and help shape search‑led authority initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and measure semantic‑first SEO strategies across content, technical, and off‑page initiatives.
• Lead and mentor SEO Team Leads and Specialists on search intent mapping, topic clustering, and content depth.
• Coordinate with Outreach, Content, and Development teams to strengthen topical authority and organic visibility.
• Track SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and translate data into strategic decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of semantic search and modern SEO frameworks.
• Proven leadership experience, capable of mentoring junior team members.
• Hands‑on expertise in technical SEO, content architecture, and entity‑based optimization.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
