SEO & Content Manager

About the role

OMNI ACADEMY & CONSULTING is looking for an experienced SEO & Content Manager in Karachi to own the organic search programme end-to-end across three brands. It is a hands-on role for someone who sees SEO beyond rankings, focused on turning organic visibility into qualified traffic, leads and business results. The employer prefers female candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy for three brands.
• Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis, competitor research and content-gap analysis.
• Create and optimise SEO-focused website pages, landing pages, blogs and other organic content.
• Manage on-page, technical and off-page SEO activities.
• Build content strategies aligned with the marketing funnel and business objectives.
• Improve rankings, organic traffic, visibility and lead generation.
• Strengthen E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) and optimise content for AI search and AI-generated answers.
• Monitor Google Search Console, GA4 and other SEO platforms, and track rankings, traffic, conversions and leads.
• Work with design, development and marketing teams, audit and refresh content, and prepare regular SEO performance reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with responsibility for content strategy and execution.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable SEO results from previous work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and take full ownership of organic growth.

Required skills

• Technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, keyword research and link building.
• Excellent English writing and editing, producing SEO-friendly, engaging content.
• Tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush or Screaming Frog.
• Understanding of search intent, content funnels, topical authority and E-E-A-T.
