SEO & Digital Marketing Intern

About the role

RankDrill is a Pakistan-based digital marketing agency founded in 2017, helping businesses grow their online visibility through SEO, PPC, social media marketing and web development. It is looking for an SEO & Digital Marketing Intern in Lahore to support client campaigns and build hands-on experience in organic search and digital marketing, working with the marketing team on research, content optimization, campaign monitoring and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Research keywords, search intent, competitors and industry trends to support SEO plans
• Assist with on-page optimization, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links and content updates
• Help prepare and publish website and social media content in line with campaign objectives
• Monitor search rankings, website traffic and campaign performance using analytics and SEO tools
• Support PPC and social media campaign research, setup tasks and ongoing performance checks
• Organize findings and contribute to reports, recommendations and team discussions
• Stay informed about search engine updates and emerging digital marketing practices

Required profile

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts, keyword research, search intent and on-page optimization
• Interest in digital marketing channels such as PPC, social media and content marketing
• Ability to write, proofread and improve clear, audience-focused content
• Strong attention to detail when checking website pages, campaign data and reports
• Good written and verbal communication, time management and willingness to collaborate
• Self-motivated approach to learning new tools, following instructions and meeting deadlines

Required skills

• Familiarity with Google Search, spreadsheets and web browsing for research and analysis
• Comfort working with numbers and summarizing simple performance trends
• Prior experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO tools or ad platforms is helpful but not essential

What we offer

• Monthly pay of PKR 10,000 to 15,000
