SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist (On‑site, Lahore)

About the role

Best IT Sol is seeking a full‑time SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Lahore office. You will lead SEO initiatives, manage digital campaigns, and collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise SEO strategies including keyword research, on‑page and off‑page optimisation, and technical SEO reviews.
• Manage SEM and paid‑search campaigns, including PPC budgeting, ad copy creation, and performance measurement.
• Develop and run social media marketing campaigns across major platforms, handling content planning, community management, and analytics‑driven optimisation.
• Create and optimise website and social media content aligned with SEO and brand guidelines.
• Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, preferably within an IT, software, or agency environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and conduct A/B testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
