SEO Executive / SEO Expert

About the role

SeeBiz is hiring an SEO Executive / SEO Expert for a full-time, on-site position in High Q Tower, Lahore. The role works with content writers, developers and other teams to improve organic visibility, rankings, user experience and business growth. There are three vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Content SEO: work with the content writing team on content strategies, optimize existing content, run content audits and align content with search intent.
• Technical SEO: fix crawling, indexing, site structure, sitemaps, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals, structured data and performance issues.
• SXO and user journey: improve landing pages, navigation and conversion opportunities based on user behaviour and search intent.
• Conversion funnels: find drop-off points and recommend improvements to raise organic traffic conversions.
• Semantic SEO: build topical authority, entity optimization, internal linking and content clusters.
• AI SEO: apply AEO, GEO and AI search strategies so content and brand mentions appear in AI-generated results.
• Off-page SEO: build and manage link-building campaigns, analyse competitor backlinks and build quality links.
• Audits and reporting: run SEO audits, use Google Search Console and GA4, track keyword rankings and report on growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of content and technical SEO, and good understanding of search intent, user journeys, SXO and conversion funnels.
• Knowledge of semantic SEO, topical authority and entity-based optimization.
• Understanding of AI search optimization (AEO, GEO, LLMO).
• Practical off-page SEO and backlink analysis experience.
• Ability to analyze data, spot issues and build actionable SEO strategies, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
