SEO & Growth Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a detail‑oriented SEO & Growth Assistant to help translate SEO work into real business results. This remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, improving website performance, and supporting strategies that drive organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and on‑page optimization.
• Support content improvements to boost visibility and search performance.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and SEO platforms.
• Assist with backlink outreach and track link‑building efforts.
• Help manage site structure, product pages, and Shopify SEO updates.
• Analyze performance data and contribute to clear, actionable reports.
• Stay updated on SEO trends and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in eCommerce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.
• Clear written communication and comfortable collaborating with remote teams.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
