SEO & Growth Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a detail‑oriented SEO & Growth Assistant to help translate SEO efforts into real business results. This remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving website performance, and supporting strategies that drive organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits and on‑page optimisation.
• Support content improvements to boost visibility and search performance.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and SEO platforms.
• Assist with backlink outreach and track link‑building activities.
• Help manage site structure, product pages and Shopify SEO updates.
• Analyse performance data and contribute to clear, actionable reports.
• Stay updated on SEO trends and identify optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably within eCommerce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.
• Clear written communication and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics and Excel.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Merchant Center or Canva is a plus.
