SEO Link Builder (On-Site, Lahore)

About the role

An SEO expert and link building specialist is needed to develop relationships with bloggers and community managers in the industry. The position is not remote: it is based on-site in the DHA Phase 6 office in Lahore and is open only to candidates living there.

Key responsibilities

• Identify relevant websites for reciprocal and ABC link exchanges in SaaS, technology and other target niches.
• Conduct manual email outreach to website owners, bloggers, publishers and SEO professionals, and negotiate link exchange deals professionally.
• Evaluate websites by niche relevance, organic traffic trends, backlink profiles, indexing status and overall quality.
• Secure do-follow backlinks through link exchanges, link insertions and guest post collaborations.
• Maintain an outreach sheet or CRM tracking prospects, responses, negotiations, approved deals and live backlinks.
• Coordinate with content and SEO teams on anchor text, target URLs and contextual placements, and monitor published backlinks regularly.
• Find new opportunities via Google search operators, competitor backlink research and SEO tools, and meet monthly targets for outreach, negotiations, placements and backlinks.
• Avoid spammy or low-quality sites and follow sustainable link-building practices.
