SEO Specialist – AI Search & Google (Onsite, Night Shift)

About the role

The company is looking for an SEO Specialist who will focus on AI‑driven search and answer‑engine optimisation for travel‑related and local‑service websites. The position is onsite in Lahore, works night‑shift hours and requires hands‑on technical SEO expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute keyword strategies for airport‑transfer, city‑car and route‑based searches.
• Scale programmatic city, airport and route landing pages in partnership with developers.
• Manage technical SEO aspects such as site speed, Core Web Vitals, indexation, XML sitemaps and Schema.org markup.
• Optimise on‑page elements, internal linking and content briefs to boost organic visibility.
• Lead Local SEO initiatives including Google Business Profile, citations and location‑specific pages.
• Build high‑quality backlinks and run digital PR campaigns in travel and local‑service niches.
• Implement AI and answer‑engine optimisation for platforms like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
• Track performance with GA4, Google Search Console and SEO tools, delivering weekly reports.
• Identify SEO‑driven CRO opportunities to improve the booking funnel.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven record of traffic and conversion growth.
• Experience in travel, transportation, limo, airport‑transfer or other local‑service businesses.
• Demonstrated success ranking airport‑transfer, city‑car and route‑specific landing pages.
