SEO Specialist – On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth initiatives. You will design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that boost visibility, improve rankings, and attract qualified traffic across our digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies covering on‑page, off‑page, and technical aspects.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta data, headings, internal linking, and URL structures.
• Perform technical SEO audits, resolve crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site speed, schema, and duplicate content issues.
• Lead backlink outreach, digital PR, guest posting, and link‑building campaigns.
• Monitor performance with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and other SEO tools, providing actionable insights.
• Track rankings, traffic, backlinks, and technical health; produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and content creators to embed SEO best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years proven SEO experience covering on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
