SEO/AIO/GEO Consultant (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SEO/AIO/GEO Consultant to take full ownership of our content pipeline and AI‑driven search presence. The role is fully remote, covering the 5:00 pm – 2:00 am PKT shift, and reports directly to the Founder.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword cluster research and SERP analysis using Semrush, focusing on service‑intent queries.
• Brief, write, and quality‑assure content according to the internal SOP.
• Repair and manage the end‑to‑end Webflow publishing pipeline.
• Design and implement internal linking architecture across existing and upcoming clusters.
• Optimize content for AI‑generated answers (AIO/GEO) with answer‑first formatting, schema, FAQ markup, and AI citation tracking.
• Produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience running Semrush for keyword research, competitive analysis, and phrase extraction.
• Strong editorial judgment distinguishing service‑intent from product‑intent content.
• Ability to work independently, fix broken publishing workflows, and deliver results without extensive hand‑holding.
• Willingness to deepen knowledge of AI‑search dynamics quickly.
