Service Engineer – Medical Equipment

About the role

Mediland Pakistan is seeking a Service Engineer to join its medical equipment team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of medical devices across healthcare facilities in Pakistan, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and configure medical equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and client requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs to keep devices operational.
• Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot faults, and provide on‑site or remote support to healthcare professionals.
• Train staff and technicians on proper equipment use, safety procedures, and handling.
• Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance logs and repair reports.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory to guarantee availability for repairs and upgrades.

Required profile

• DAE or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, technical support, and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and field‑service skills.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
