Service Supervisor – Cementing

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Supervisor I‑Cementing to lead and coordinate cementing operations at well sites in Pakistan. The role involves ensuring high‑quality service delivery, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction while managing a mixed crew of Halliburton and subcontractor personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at the well site.
• Plan jobs, issue crew instructions, and manage equipment usage.
• Resolve disputes within approved authority levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Direct service operators, supervise clean‑up, repair, and equipment preparation for subsequent jobs.
• Perform necessary calculations for job execution and lead the site crew.
• Evaluate crew performance, provide training, and maintain budgetary accountability.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least one year of experience as a Service Operator‑Cementing II.
• Licensure to operate commercial equipment (if required).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work safely in an oil‑field environment.
• Commitment to health, safety, environmental regulations and quality improvement processes.
