Service Technician – Concrete Machinery

About the role

The Service Technician for concrete machinery is responsible for diagnosing, adjusting, repairing and overhauling mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. The role includes routine maintenance of heavy‑equipment such as truck‑mounted pumps, mixers, trailer pumps, batching plants and placing booms, while providing technical support to customers and managing service and spare‑parts processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify faults, adjust, repair or overhaul mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components of concrete equipment.
• Perform periodic maintenance on truck‑mounted pumps, mixers, trailer pumps, batching plants and placing booms.
• Test repaired or assembled equipment to verify proper operation and compliance.
• Provide on‑site technical support, respond rapidly to client service calls and handle field service issues.
• Manage central warehouse orders, regional spare‑parts sales, payment processing and inventory control.
• Organise spare‑parts shipping, quality assurance and used‑parts management.

Required profile

• Graduate or relevant college diploma, preferably in Automotive engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in engineering or heavy‑equipment machinery service.
• Experience with truck‑mounted pumps, mixers, trailer pumps, batching plants or placing booms is preferred.
• Familiarity with the local region and ability to maintain good client relations.
