ServiceNow Developer

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves creating custom applications, automating workflows and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems to support our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain secure ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and scoped applications.
• Configure Service Catalog items, record producers, variable sets, order guides and approval flows.
• Build and optimize workflows with Flow Designer, Integration Hub and classic Workflow.
• Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations with external enterprise systems.
• Participate in technical design workshops, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure data model integrity.
• Perform code reviews, enforce development standards and create reusable components to improve platform efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with architects, product owners and stakeholders.
