About the role

ABS International operates directly in the US logistics and transportation industry and is hiring a Service Sales Executive in Karachi. You will build and manage long-term client relationships, onboarding clients and growing accounts, with commission that compounds as your client base grows. It is described as relationship-driven sales rather than scripted, high-pressure calling.

Key responsibilities

Build and manage long-term client relationships in the US logistics space
Onboard new clients and grow existing accounts
Earn commission on the revenue generated by your clients

What we offer

Base salary of PKR 40,000 to 70,000 per month depending on experience
Attendance allowance of PKR 3,000 per month
Commission as a percentage of monthly revenue generated by you
Daily cash rewards based on daily performance
Total earning potential of PKR 200,000+ per month
15 days fully paid annual leave
Two shift options: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
6 working days a week (Monday to Saturday), with a 30-minute break and a separate Namaz break
One-month probation period
