SharePoint Developer

About the role

We are looking for a SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade SharePoint and web solutions that support Bestway Cement's digital workplace initiatives. The role involves building scalable intranet portals, document management systems, and custom web applications while ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 and internal IT systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint Online sites, site collections, lists, libraries, and custom workflows.
• Build and maintain modern SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions using React and TypeScript.
• Develop web applications with PHP (Laravel/Core), React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/ES6+.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint REST API, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Manage SharePoint governance, permissions, metadata, taxonomy, and information architecture.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide Level 2/3 support, and maintain technical documentation.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure quality standards, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online/Server development.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Availability for off‑hours support during critical upgrades or incidents.

Required skills

• SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with React and TypeScript.
• PHP development (Core PHP and Laravel).
• React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6+.
• Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint REST API, Power Automate, Power Apps.
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD).
• Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
