Shopify Operations Specialist – Global E‑commerce

About the role

GK Hair is expanding its international e‑commerce network and needs a skilled Shopify Operations Specialist to own and scale eight Shopify stores across multiple regions. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end order processing, product catalog management, inventory coordination, ERP integration, and cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily orders for all global Shopify stores and resolve issues with logistics partners.
• Create, update, and optimise product listings, collections, pricing, and promotions for each regional storefront.
• Maintain product images and content to ensure brand consistency across markets.
• Monitor stock levels in international 3PL warehouses (USA, UK, Europe, UAE, KSA, Canada, Australia, etc.) and manage manual orders when sync failures occur.
• Ensure accurate product and order data in ERP systems, manage coupons and distributor offers, and generate performance reports for leadership.
• Track e‑commerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, fulfillment accuracy, stock‑out rate) by region and flag issues proactively.
• Collaborate with global marketing to execute flash sales, seasonal promotions, and campaign updates using Shopify tools and apps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E‑Commerce, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience managing multiple Shopify stores in an international environment.
• Highly organised, data‑driven and comfortable handling multiple currencies, time zones and storefronts.
• Strong communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams worldwide.
