Shopify Store Manager (E-Commerce Specialist)

About the role

A full-time remote Shopify Store Manager is needed to run several live Shopify stores in a small, international team. The role covers day-to-day store management, product launches, conversion optimization and bilingual content (English and German). It suits candidates from Pakistan, the Philippines and worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple Shopify stores day to day: products, collections, pages, navigation, variants and pricing, keeping content accurate and the experience smooth on desktop and mobile
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues independently
• Plan and run product launches, pre-launch campaigns and landing pages, including Black Friday and Christmas campaigns
• Set up discounts, bundles, upsells and cross-sells, test promotions before launch and coordinate with marketing and product teams
• Analyze and improve conversion rate, AOV and the customer journey, optimize product pages and mobile UX, support A/B testing and track KPIs in Shopify Analytics and GA4
• Handle on-page SEO: product titles, meta descriptions and page speed
• Write and localize English and German content, using AI tools for German and checking quality manually
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content, translation, troubleshooting, SEO and data analysis, and automate repetitive tasks

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience managing live Shopify stores
• Regular, practical use of AI tools in daily work
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to manage German content with AI and quality oversight
• Independent, organized and ownership-driven working style

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Shopify Admin, theme editor, apps, metafields, metaobjects, discounts and Shopify Markets
• Experience with CRO and a solid grasp of e-commerce KPIs
