Site Finance Partner – Pakistan

About the role

The Site Finance Partner will own the financial performance of GSK's Pakistan manufacturing site. You will work closely with site leadership to translate operational plans into financial insights, driving decisions across manufacturing, supply chain and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full finance cycle for the site, including monthly close, P&L consolidation and rolling forecasts.
• Partner with site leadership to develop financial plans, support cost, inventory and capital decisions.
• Own working capital, inventory and CapEx planning, identifying cash‑flow and cost‑efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare clear financial reports and present site performance to senior finance and site leaders.
• Drive control, compliance and audit activities for site financial processes.
• Improve reporting and processes through system enhancements, automation and documented ways of working.

Required profile

• Degree in finance with ACCA or CA qualification.
• 3‑7 years post‑qualification experience in corporate finance, FP&A, manufacturing finance or a Big‑Four environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and P&L ownership.
• Practical experience with inventory accounting, product costing and working‑capital management.
• Experience in a manufacturing or supply‑chain finance role.
