Site Supervisor – Finishing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead finishing activities on construction sites in Rawalpindi. The role involves overseeing painting, flooring, fixtures installation and ensuring high‑quality results within schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations for finishing work, including painting, flooring, and fixtures installation.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure tasks meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect contractor work, promptly addressing any quality issues.
• Monitor timelines and budgets, taking corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide regular progress updates to project managers and communicate challenges.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on site.
• Conduct site meetings to convey expectations and progress to teams and stakeholders.
• Resolve on‑site issues that affect progress or quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and issues.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of site supervision experience focused on finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of construction finishing processes and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with teams, subcontractors and clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management is a plus.
• Certification or training in construction safety management is desirable.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to various sites.
