Site Supervisor – Finishing Works

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead all finishing activities on our construction sites. You will ensure that painting, flooring, fixtures installation and related tasks are completed to the highest quality standards and within schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily on‑site operations for finishing work, including painting, flooring, and fixtures installation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and verify that all tasks follow project specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect contractor work, promptly address quality issues, and enforce corrective actions.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting progress and potential delays to project managers.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on site.
• Lead regular site meetings to communicate expectations and updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, issues, and resolutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven site supervision experience, specifically in finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of construction finishing processes and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with subcontractors, project managers and clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management is a plus.
• Certification in construction safety management is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using construction management software.
