About the role
Academy Sports Club is seeking a passionate Soccer Manager & Coach to lead its soccer program. The role involves planning training, developing player skills, and managing team activities to foster youth talent.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct soccer training sessions.
- Develop players' technical, tactical, and physical abilities.
- Manage teams, players, and training programs.
- Monitor player performance and development.
- Promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Coordinate matches, competitions, and team activities.
Required profile
- Previous coaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of soccer training and development.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Passion for developing young athletes.
- Relevant coaching certification (advantageous).
