About the role

Qureos is redefining hiring with AI and automation, and needs a Social Media Associate to shape its narrative across social, email, and editorial channels. You will own strategy, execution, and performance measurement, turning content into a strategic asset.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the social media strategy and content calendar for priority platforms.
• Align all content with product positioning, HR industry trends, customer pain points, and brand storytelling.
• Create and manage static posts, carousels, short‑form videos, and founder‑led content.
• Repurpose blogs, interviews, podcasts, webinars, and internal insights into high‑performing formats.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize posts, and ensure every piece has clear intent.
• Write, schedule, and test newsletters, product announcements, and value‑driven emails.
• Build and manage drip campaigns, lifecycle flows, and re‑engagement sequences.
• Analyze email performance, refine subject lines, CTAs, and content structures.
• Own the editorial calendar, producing insight‑led blog posts, industry commentary, founder POV pieces, and hiring guides.
• Maintain tone, positioning, and messaging consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with leadership, growth, product, and sales teams to turn insights into structured narratives.
• Track and report performance across social, email, and editorial, sharing learnings and experiments.
