Social Media Campaign & Operations Coordinator

About the role

InforMityx AI, which helps startups, SMEs, enterprises and digital agencies build and scale digital businesses through AI, product engineering, data, cloud and digital growth services, is hiring a full-time, on-site Social Media Campaign & Operations Coordinator in Lahore. The coordinator plans, schedules and executes social media campaigns, tracks performance, prepares reports and coordinates day-to-day marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute social media campaigns across relevant platforms, keeping brand messaging consistent and delivering content on time.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports and use data to refine targeting, messaging and channel strategies.
• Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations and handle administrative tasks related to campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design and sales.
• Support community management, respond to inquiries and help maintain a positive online presence for clients and internal initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and support data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Solid operations management skills to coordinate workflows, manage timelines and ensure smooth execution.
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries and support online community interactions.
• Administrative assistance skills for managing documentation and campaign records.
• Experience in social media coordination, digital marketing or campaign management in a tech or digital agency is beneficial.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
