Social Media Content Creator (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

The Social Media Content Creator will join JI Digital Works in Rawalpindi to plan, produce and publish engaging content for the agency’s social channels. Working full-time on-site, you will help promote both client services and the company’s training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a content calendar and create posts, stories, short videos and graphics that follow brand guidelines.
• Research current trends, audience preferences and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
• Write compelling captions and scripts for short-form video content.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams, coordinating with designers and video editors.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimise future posts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and maintain a consistent posting rhythm.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create social media copy, captions and short-form storytelling.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills with familiarity of tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Understanding of social media platforms, audience targeting and content optimisation.
• Strong research and analytical skills to track trends and interpret metrics.
• Effective collaboration and communication within fast-paced teams.
• Relevant experience in social media management for brands or agencies.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or Design is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Rawalpindi and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
