About the role
We are seeking a Social Media Content Manager to create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across our LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and other platforms. The role focuses on growing organic reach, engagement and follower numbers while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Key responsibilities
- Develop short, catchy posts tailored for each social channel.
- Manage and publish content on both personal and company pages on a regular schedule.
- Stay informed about platform algorithms and trends to optimise visibility.
- Suggest fresh content ideas and adapt to emerging trends.
- Track basic performance metrics and adjust content based on results.
