Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing digital media team. This full‑time remote position involves managing and scaling social media accounts for both our company and our clients, driving engagement and supporting content distribution strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accounts on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Schedule and publish video and graphic content consistently.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align posting strategies with content goals.
• Optimize performance using platform insights and analytics.
• Track growth metrics, engagement rates, and campaign performance.
• Implement best practices to increase reach and visibility.
• Maintain organized content calendars and posting schedules.
• Ensure brand voice and consistency across all platforms.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts professionally.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written communication in English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet multiple deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently without micromanagement.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a personal computer.
• Flexible availability, preferably morning hours.
