Social Media Manager

About the role

Primealley is looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to own the company’s digital presence across social platforms, the website, and search engines. You will craft engaging content, boost online visibility, manage SEO initiatives, keep the WordPress site up‑to‑date, and generate leads through targeted digital marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars, create posts, captions, banners and promotional assets, and schedule them using social media management tools.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages professionally, and report performance metrics.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies.
• Track website rankings, organic traffic, and optimize site content using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Rank Math.
• Maintain and update the company website on WordPress, ensuring security, speed, and a smooth user experience.
• Design graphics, presentations, brochures and other marketing materials in Canva while preserving brand consistency.
• Write SEO‑friendly blogs, website copy and social media text, and develop content strategies aligned with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Hands‑on experience managing WordPress websites.
• Proficiency with Canva for graphic creation.
• Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
