Social Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to expand Inspire Technology’s online presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok and YouTube. The role is fully remote and focuses on building engaging content, growing audiences and supporting paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, design and schedule posts, reels, stories and short videos.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities on Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube accounts.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social media campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media and AI trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience managing business social media accounts.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign optimisation.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Canva AI (preferred).
• Basic video‑editing skills.
