Social Media Marketing Associate

About the role

Khan Home Digital Solutions is looking for a Social Media Marketing Associate to support research, content publishing and community engagement across assigned brands, contributing to the Group’s online presence and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute organic social media tasks following approved calendars, briefs and schedules.
• Research competitor content, creative hooks, formats and audience interactions, maintaining organized trackers.
• Monitor emerging platform trends and feature updates, highlighting opportunities or concerns.
• Prepare posts, coordinate copy, visuals and revisions with writers and designers, and keep assets and approval records organized.
• Schedule and publish authorized content, ensuring correct captions, dimensions, accessibility, tags, links and tracking parameters.
• Verify live posts for correct appearance and functionality, flag errors and implement corrections.
• Create creative variants for organic content tests and record results.
• Moderate comments and messages, escalating sensitive issues as needed.
• Gather post and audience metrics, record influencing factors and provide inputs for reporting.
• Maintain content calendars, research trackers, test logs and community records.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on social media marketing experience with client‑facing communication.
• Work samples showing personal involvement in preparing, scheduling or publishing posts.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite or equivalent publishing tools, native Instagram and LinkedIn insights, and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to copy, formatting, links and publishing accuracy.
