Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

You will own the end‑to‑end social media presence for our brand, shaping strategy, creating concepts, executing campaigns and continuously optimizing performance. This is a mid‑level position that offers full creative freedom within a leading agro‑chemical company in Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conceptualise and produce scroll‑stopping visual content and copy.
• Manage full‑funnel campaigns from ideation to performance analysis.
• Monitor platform algorithms, schedule posts for maximum impact, and adjust tactics when needed.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Strong graphic design ability with a portfolio of creative campaigns.
• Proven track record in campaign management, content strategy and monetisation.
• Ability to take complete creative ownership from day one.
