Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies that boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging content and foster an active online community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish graphics, videos, captions, and stories that align with brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages.
• Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with paid advertising, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
• Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
